Conference goals:

1. Discussing climate change issues and their dimensions, and evaluating their varying impacts on sustainable development goals and sectors.

2. Analyzing lesson learned from global and regional experiences (particularly Arab and African), and as well, the lesson learned from the Egyptian experience and using them to avoid the risks of climate change and mitigate its negative repercussions.

3. Introducing alternative and practical policies and mechanisms to support planners, decision makers and the concerned bodies in Egypt for positive adaptation and effective dealing with climate change mitigation measures to support sustainable development.
